Detoxing is not just for the gut. You need both micro and macro detoxes in your life - physical, mental, and emotional sometimes to truly heal on your journey. We share our journey of the different forms of detox and how necessary they are to our growth.
As promised, here is the 7-day gut protocol detox:
- Oregano oil (1 drop to one TBSP of coconor or olive oil*)
- Lemongrass (1 drop to one TBSP of coconut or oil)
Increasing to 3-4 drops by day 4 and remaining on that until day 7.
