In this episode we first go over the regulations that supplements have to go through and how to find good supplement companies (they are the ones that are transparent and have science backing their claims). Then we dive into 7 of the thousands of supplements out there that are most popular today. We will talk about the benefits and downfalls of each supplement. I also give you my personal opinion of them (aka not science). I will also tell you which ones I add into my diet, but remember, what may be good for me, may not be best for you.
