Last week I had the pleasure of talking to health and mindset coach, Sarah Osman about fitting out and I really loved hearing Sarah’s perspective on fitting out versus fitting in when it comes your personal health and wellness journey. She shares the how and why of following what you need instead of what you feel like you SHOULD do. Sarah talks about her experience with it and how she’s cultivated this relationship with her body where she’s so tuned in to what she needs and how to adapt in life accordingly. She also offers some really helpful and easy-to-apply tips for anyone whose struggling with that little voice in their head that always pipes up when we leave our comfort zones.
I feel like I spent our entire interview just emphatically nodding my head in agreement with the spot-on points she made—especially about what happens when we allow ourselves to be vulnerable.
