You will certainly not be bored at the Wuppertal Zoo:
Aralandia invites you on a fascinating journey of discovery and is home to various exotic birds. It is the zoo's largest project to date.
Next door, you can hear the lions roar if they are not snoozing in the sun. They live in the largest predator enclosure ever built in a German zoo. A few paces away is the home of Siberian tigers.
From the underwater tunnel you can watch the penguins dive. A short stroll further on you can see tapirs taking a bath through a glass wall, which is another unique opportunity worldwide.
