How I decluttered my life - and made space for calm, focus and productivity

I don't know about you...but I often feel like I'm constantly behind and racing just to stay still. That changed over the course of this summer, when I did a 7-week social media detox (I intended to do 6 weeks but was enjoying it so much that I've stayed away from being 'out there' for an extra week).
In this episode, I share how I've gained a huge boost of clarity, headspace and perspective. You'll hear how I've cut out lots of things from my life that were draining me and overwhelming me. I also share how I cleared out a load of old stuff from my house...and the precious thing that I discovered hidden under all the clutter.
I'm grateful to have moved into September feeling lighter, more present and far more in control of my time, my focus and my energy.
