Et: Tallinna avalik raamatukogu oli sügava õhtu sünges vaikusesse mähitud.
En: The Tallinna public library was wrapped in the deep evening's eerie silence.

Et: Väljaspool aknaid langesid kuldsed sügislehed, meenutades lühenevat päeva ning peatselt saabuvat talve.
En: Outside the windows, golden autumn leaves were falling, reminding one of the shortening day and the soon-to-arrive winter.

En: Despite the late hour, there was still light and warmth inside.
