The human mind has a remarkable ability to wander into the realms of the past and future. While this capacity allows us to reminisce and plan, it can also become a source of distress. Thoughts of the past often carry regret, nostalgia, or unresolved emotions, while thoughts of the future may be accompanied by anxiety, uncertainty, and worry. However, breath work, mindfulness and meditation are powerful tools to calm these turbulent mental states and anchor ourselves in the present moment. 

By intentionally directing our attention to the here and now, we can cultivate a sense of awareness and acceptance, gently letting go of negative thoughts and judgments. This enables us to observe our thoughts without getting entangled in their emotional grip, fostering a greater sense of inner peace and well-being.
