For todays episode of byProduct Live we’re joined by Guven Soydan.  

In this episode he gives an overview of how he thinks Product Managers can onboard themselves more effectively when starting a new role.

While we focus on Product Managers, the ideas and suggestions Guven gives will work across many disciplines and industries.

Guven is currently Head of Product at Zalando, for their marketing services team. 

In this role Guven and his teams are shipping products that helps Zalando’s partners to grow their businesses on Zalando marketplace and beyond.

Previous to this Guven was the VP of Product at Remerge, scaling some of the worlds leading mobile apps through retargeting technologies and has led the company’s second product launch: user acquisition for mobile apps. 

He has 13 years of experience working on growth and advertising products mainly for enterprises and developers in companies like OLX, the mobile gaming platform Coda and the supply side platform Fyber, acquired by and now known as Digital Turbine.
