Lt: Priešingos spalvos dangaus fone, griuvėsiu mokyklos pastate, susirinko išgyvenusiųjų grupelė.
En: Against the backdrop of the contrasting colors of the sky, a group of survivors gathered in the ruins of the school building.

Lt: Krasitė vėsi auksinio rudens diena.
En: It was a cool golden autumn day.

Lt: Vėjo švilpimas švelniai skverbėsi pro sudužusius langus ir ramino visus, nors šiomis dienomis ramybės žodis buvo retai girdimas.
En: The whistling of the wind gently penetrated through the broken windows, soothing everyone, although in these days the word "peace" was seldom heard.
