Ruby Tilghman is Ms. Winter Park's Outstanding Teen as part of the Outstanding Teen program and 4th Runner Up for Ms. Florida's Outstanding Teen for 2019, as well as musician, advocate, and mentor. Ruby is the founder of Many Mini Musicians, which is a non-profit organization that funds fine arts programs throughout public schools and provides students with opportunities to experience the arts. In the last three years, Ruby has been able to raise over $12,000 for music programs in public schools by hosting fundraising concerts. Her biggest concert of the year is Hello Summer.
