Sl: Tivoli park je bil v svoji jesenski krasoti.
En: Tivoli park was in its autumn splendor.

Sl: Zlati listi so prekrivali tla, medtem ko je hladni zrak prinašal vonjave svežih pridelkov, začimb in pekovskih dobrot na tržnici.
En: Golden leaves covered the ground, while the chilly air carried the aromas of fresh produce, spices, and baked goods from the market.

Sl: Bojan je hodil počasi, opazoval pisano množico in kramljal z istimi kmeti, s katerimi se že leta srečuje.
En: Bojan walked slowly, observing the colorful crowd and chatting with the same farmers he had met for years.

Sl: Bil je moški sredi tridesetih, ki si je želel pripraviti nepozabno večerjo.
En: He was a man in his mid-thirties, eager to prepare an unforgettable dinner.

Sl: Bojanov seznam je bil dolg.

Sl: Potreboval je še krompir, kostanj in nekaj posebnega sira.
En: He still needed potatoes, chestnuts, and some special cheese.

Sl: Vendar pa je bilo krompirja in kostanja malo in cena previsoka.
En: However, there were few potatoes and chestnuts, and the price was too high.

Sl: Preostalo mu je, da se znajde.
En: He needed to come up with a solution.

Sl: »Mogoče lahko najdeva kaj drugega,« je predlagala Mira.
En: "Maybe we can find something else," Mira suggested.

Sl: Njen optimizem ga je pomiril.
En: Her optimism reassured him.

Sl: »Seveda, poskusiva še nekaj stojnic,« je odgovoril Bojan.
En: "Sure, let's try a few more stalls," Bojan replied.

Sl: Med hojo sta srečala prodajalca, ki je na svojem stojalu imel točno tiste sestavine, ki jih je Bojan iskal.
En: While walking, they came across a vendor who had exactly the ingredients Bojan was looking for.

Sl: Preostajalo mu je samo še, da se hitro odloči.
En: He just had to decide quickly.

Sl: Kupci so hiteli, čas se je iztekel.
En: Customers were in a hurry, and time was running out.

Sl: S trdnimi koraki se je prebijal skozi množico.
En: With determined steps, he pushed through the crowd.

Sl: »Ali imate še kak kilogram kostanja?
En: "Do you have another kilogram of chestnuts?"

Sl: Obložena z vrečkami sta se Bojan in Mira odpravila proti izhodu.

Sl: »Vse si našel!
En: "You found everything!"

Sl: « je veselo vzkliknila Mira.
En: Mira exclaimed cheerfully.

Sl: »Da, in zelo sem vesel, da bom imel tvojo pomoč pri kuhanju,« je rekel Bojan.
En: "Yes, and I'm very happy to have your help in cooking," Bojan said.

Sl: Bila je to njegova tiha prošnja, da preživita večer skupaj.
En: It was his silent request to spend the evening together.

Sl: V kuhinji sta se smejala, klepetala in pripravljala jedi.
En: In the kitchen, they laughed, chatted, and prepared dishes.

Sl: Bojan je z vsakim rezom in začimbo pridobival samozavest.
