On this episode we will talk about where fears come from.
The first step of learning how to handle our fears or succeed despite them is to understand where our fears come from, why they exist and how they operate.
Research shows that we are only born with two fears: a fear of falling and a fear of loud noises. That’s it. Every other fear we have we have created or adopted throughout our lives.
And just as much as we were able to pick those fears up, we can unlearn them and erase them from our lives.
In this episode I also discuss an exercise I often use to unearth the core fear hiding behind some unexplained, unexpected fears that pop up.
