I also created this podcast to clear the confusion about so much regarding this area as while there has never been so much freely available information there has never been so many lies, untruths, false information and fake experts. Now´s the time for the truth to be revealed about everything!!

The ketogenic diet is one of the most hyped approaches to health and weight loss — but are you being told the full truth? In this episode, I’m pulling back the curtain on the real effects of keto and what you need to know before jumping in.Far too many podcasts, interviews and videos are painting an incomplete or misleading picture of the ketogenic diet. They highlight the “amazing energy” and “mental clarity” without revealing the harsh reality of the first few weeks: exhaustion, sluggishness, and feeling downright awful until the body adapts to a new “normal.” The body is incredible and will survive by adapting, but survival mode doesn’t mean optimal health.Yes, you may see rapid weight loss on keto, but it comes at a cost: loss of muscle mass, reduced bone density, poor gut health due to lack of fibre, and the long-term strain of running on your body’s “second-choice” energy system. In this episode of The MindBodyHealth Podcast I interview Irish author Adrian Kelly who originally trained and practised as a criminal Solicitor. Since then, he has had a number of careers from entrepreneurial work in the renewable energy industry to business training and consultancy services with big law firms and governmental agencies. He has lectured and been an external examiner at the Law Society of Ireland and is currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Performance Psychology (University in Wales). He regularly speaks at business conferences and wellness events on the subjects ranging from motivation, performance to life direction. He also works closely with a number of secondary schools, pioneering Dragon’s Den programs competitions for students and overseeing a college scholarship program. In other voluntary work is also the Chairperson of the Peace Link Sports Complex, Clones. This episode is dedicated to the memory of one of my favourite footballers Diogo Jota who has left fans with so many precious memories. He was not only a wonderful footballer but even more importantly a truly good human being. No phase sums him up more than one uttered by Liverpool FC Manager Arne Slot "never seeked out to be friends but became friend to all". He was also clearly a wonderful loving son, brother, partner/husband and father. I will cherish the memories he's given me and I'll always remember watching him and his beautiful family joyfully enjoying the celebrations at Anfield on the day we got present #20 title. Diogo you will always be our #20 and your memory will live on forever. RIP Champion.
