Lorna is the President of the board for CIPCA – the Cayman Islands Professional Coaches Association – which seeks to increase the awareness and professionalism of the coaching profession in Cayman.An advocate for Mental Health awareness and the provision of services to support each person’s inner challenges, Lorna seeks to change the perceptions and reduce the stigmas surrounding mental illness through her work with ‘I Am Here’.Lorna has an innate passion for coaching and training, weaving together theories in neuroscience, psychology, coaching and her own diverse personal experience.
