Description

This week, we’re doing something a little different. Alongside our regular episodes, I’ll be sharing guided meditations every fortnight. These are invitations to move from understanding key concepts of parts work to 'feeling' them in your body. The meditations are designed to help you integrate, soften and connect more deeply with your inner world.

Today’s practice is an invitation to more fully integrate last weeks conversation on Food and Body Shame. Together, we’ll explore how to release shame by gently meeting the parts that carry it. This is your opportunity to remember the wholeness that has always lived within you, a deeply restorative practice to help you reconnect with your body, your worth and your Self Energy.

You’ll be guided to :

  • Ground your body and connect with the steadiness beneath you
  • Meet and soothe the parts that carry shame around food and the body
  • Release old energy and return to a sense of warmth, safety and belonging
  • Remember the truth of your inherent wholeness.

A space to rest, receive, and remember, to gather parts of you back into the light of your love. All of you belongs here, all of you is worthy.
