Sensus. The world´s first smart guitar, with wireless connectivity and with the ability to receive, process and share music and data. It is the first internet of things platform for musical instruments.
The idea comes from Italian luthier Michele Benincaso who teamed up with Carlo Fischione, associate professor at KTH with an expertise on wireless networks. Together with a few others they have started the company MIND Music Labs.
In June this year they won the Midem startup competition in Cannes and was honoured by Midem delegates as the most promising music startup of 2016.
