A new player in the field of cyber security
Cyber crime costs industries hundreds of billions of dollars a year. Subsequently, there are many companies working on solutions to this problem. A new player in this field is the startup company Foreseeti. Their product is called securiCAD. A computer assisted design – CAD – based approach that enables companies to conduct advanced threat modelling to understand their current cyber security levels, as well as to prioritize areas to address and proactively manage their security architectures in an expert validated, rational and efficient manner.
This product is based on about ten years of research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden.
In this episode of KTH Tech Talks we meet one of Foreseeti´s founders Robert Lagerström talking to his collegue Jacob Henrikson about securiCAD and the process of taking ideas from research to the market.
Jacob Henricson is sales expansion and senior advisor at Foreseeti. Robert Lagerström is associate professor in information systems architecture at KTH.
