I’m sure all of you have followed at least one diet, whether for one day, one month, or even one year!
The thing about diets is they usually don't last, which also means the results don't last. I think I've tried almost every diet known to man for at least one week to try things out and to be completely honest with you, I've never found a "diet" I could stick to long-term.
That being said, I have found a way of eating that has helped me get in fitness model shape and doesn't feel like restricting myself too much. Following this nutritional construct has helped me not only create a better relationship with food
It’s also helped me maintain a relatively low body fat percentage, put on a lot of muscle, and allow me to have a social life. This includes good food, fun with friends, and sometimes even alcohol.
