Consistency is KEY to getting in and staying in shape, so why don't you keep setting yourself up for failure? Almost everyone I know has struggled with “falling off the wagon” on the weekend with their nutrition and training at some point.

This is why I train at least one day (Saturday or Sunday) on the weekend. It’s been a game changer for me and my clients who have struggled with this vicious cycle. Listen in to find out why YOU should probably be training on the weekends.
