In this episode Amanda introduces us to the spinning vortexes of energy located along the spine and speaks about the importance of each center. She briefly pauses at each chakra and offers a greater understanding of each. The importance of the energy centers in healing trauma is to understand that when a major disruption happens in our lives it will create a blockage or a dampening of the energy in the body and therefore causes interference within the entire energy flow of the body. It is vital for the health of our energy that we find ways to release, cleanse and purify these blockages or densities.
