Catherine Allen talks to Flex Able Jobs about how a flexible work arrangement tends to be the outcome for someone after they get clear about their vision and priorities in life.

Catherine Allen's background is in organisational psychology and she has been coaching since 1999.  As a keen observer of people, she noticed that
"people fundamentally, right from an early age want to contribute in some way"
From this fundamental belief, Catherine works with people to identify what they value, what their priorities are and how they can have their life aligned with those values and priorities.

Catherine explained the difference between mentors, role models influencers and coaches.  You pay your coach to hold you accountable for doing what you say you were going to do, to give you the outcome you desire.

Catherine shares her Top 3 for tips for preparing for a flexible work arrangement:

* Identify what you want.
* Work out how you are going to get it.
* Have the willingness and courage to ask for what you want.
