Brando Hasick (@brando.hasick) is a gym owner living his best active life: surfing, slinging barbells and spending quality time with his new family. Since finishing university with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science he then founded BBB Gyms in Sydney, Australia, where the focus is on transforming physiques, improving performance and getting people to move pain-free.




In this episode, we bond over our common trauma which is recurring shoulder dislocations, symptomatic of shoulder instability. We talk about healthy shoulders in CrossFit and in life, and how to create training protocols for lifelong fitness.
