How to be happier - 02x17: Learn to adapt to get better out of adversity
Description
In essence, facing your problems will make you stronger. It will open discoveries of ignored situations that were latent waiting for your decision.
The best way to solve a problem is by learning to avoid the clearly dumb ones and excluding them from the experiences you want to go through.
Avoid silly problems. Don't do stupid things. Choose your battles and make the decision to pursue only what gives you value and good.
Learn to be grateful to discover the riches present in your life. There are invaluable situations that you currently enjoy, many of them free, but not for that insignificant.
When you discover all these riches, there will be abundance in your heart. This way it will be much easier to give the best of yourself to others, without expecting anything in return, and even forgiving and canceling the debts of others.
Avoid bitterness. Avoid hatred and resentment. Have the audacity to always learn something new and good every day.
Failures and problems are something that will always exist. Don't let complexity overwhelm you.
Learn to examine reality intelligently to understand its causes. Learn to see beyond what is visible on the surface.
As certain problems are solved, new ones will inevitably arise. Luckily, there will always be smart ways to solve them. There is no single way to solve a conflict.
If you understand how to solve problems in a systematic way, you will learn to generate value for yourself and others on a regular basis.
