Joe & Joe Weather Show Podcast LIVE 7:35 PM 11/1/2024. Warmer air is moving into the Eastern US and that will set off another round of highs in the 70s and 80s Tuesday and Wednesday. Severe weather and tornadoes tonight from Northeast Texast to the Middle Mississippi Valley. We have a new tropical storm Rafael developing in the Caribbean and it is forecast to become a hurricane by Wednesday. The storm is forecast to track over Cuba and then emerge into the Gulf of Mexico.
