Warmer air is moving into the Eastern US well ahead of a cold front in the Plains where severe weather is forecast from Texas to Wisconsin Wednesday. Rising temperatures in the East will lead to some record highs especially Thursday. The cold front to the west will weaken as it passes through the East Friday with little rain. Winter weather has arrived in the Central and Northern Rockies with snow and cold temperatures.
