On this episode we discuss Sytera’s rock climbing incident that left her with a broken leg and how yoga ended up healing her more holistically than physical therapy did. We also discuss what it was like for her to take her teacher training, open her own studio, develop her own myofascial release method called Nadi or Nice, and more!
