On this episode of Balance Your Life, I am chatting with Cassie Jeans. Cassie is an expert at creating balance and self-awareness. She recognizes that in order for a business to expand the person in leadership must also expand. Cassie is gifted in many regards especially when it comes to simplifying the process of expansion and asking questions that quickly guide her clients to a simple yet profound solution. She uses the title, Spiritual Facilitator for High-Vibe Entrepreneurs, to bridge the gap between logic and spirit. Cassie is a gifted poet and will be releasing a book of her own poetry in 2020 as well as a collaborative book exploring the power of emotions. Her podcast, In the Bedroom w/ Cassie Jeans, is a curious look into what makes us spiritual, how that affects us as humans, and the connections we find in one another. On this episode we discuss winter blues, signs to look for if you (or someone you know!) is suffering from postpartum, using herbs, supplements and adaptogens to help get through fatigue, brain fog, and lethargy, and so much more!
