Dave interviews Jeromy and Jennifer Deibler. They lead the Christian band Far From Home, and Jeromy also is the worship pastor at Dave’s home church, Journey Christian Church, of Irvine, California. I was in their home recently chatting with them, and what you’ll hear on this episode is the first of two parts of that chat.

The Deiblers have been married for almost 19 years, and been singing together in FFH since 1997. They have two children, 10 and 6 years old.

In 2006-7 they lived in South Africa but most of the time it has been in Franklin, Tenn. In fact, in 2010, the lost everything in a major flood in that area.

They have gone through counseling even when things are good.

In 2007 Jeromy was diagnosed with MS, but it took a year and a half to figure that out.

They discovered Road life doesn’t work with a family, so they’ve really cut back.

How do you keep your marriage fresh on the road? The question is, well, how do you keep it fresh at home?
