Description

Why do companies really want employees to come back to the office? Does it have more to do with avoiding a commercial real estate crash than anything else? In terms of Employee Recognition, where does employer responsibility end and where does employee responsibility start? Last but not least, is working in HR in today's world simply becoming too complex?

Interesting questions that spark an exiting debate between our 2 guests, Tracie Sponenberg,  Founder, Chief People Officer Tracie Sponenberg LLC and Paul Lalonde, VP of People & Culture at CEDA.

As usual, guided by the fabulous Neelie Verlinden, HR Influencer and Future of Work Expert.

The following statements will be debated:

·        Return to Office: Forget culture and productivity, it’s all about avoiding a real estate value drop.

·        Employee recognition: time to say thank you a lot more (and mean it).

·        Working in HR in today’s world simply is too much work.
