The minute you start drinking that gun should have been locked up. To call it a tool is a bit of a stretch and more of a way to normalize it. A tool for what purpose? Oh, to neutralize any physical threat. How many times have you used it for that purpose, as a civilian? Never. Dude shouldn’t have even got the gun with his history. But this is the dude that fucks people doing it right, with new restrictions that don’t affect the bad guy. I’m sure he didn’t mean this, but he should’ve meant not to

Why was he even touching the gun? He said he had a conceal and carry permit so he didn't need to unload it... Maybe cause he was drinking....
