Daily Zohar 5004

#143
“לְשׁוֹן רְמִיָּה”, “A deceitful tongue”, for the serpent deceived Adam and his wife and brought evil upon him and upon the world. And afterward, Jacob came and took from him all those blessings. The meaning is: For he was the aspect of Adam, from whom the serpent withheld the blessings. And now Jacob came and returned them as before, as prior to the sin of the Tree of Knowledge. And it is found that he took from his own.
“חֵצִי גָבוֹר שְׁנוּנִים”, “Sharp arrows of a warrior” (Psalms 120:4). This is Esau, who held hatred for Jacob because of those blessings, as you say: “וַיִּשְׂטֹם עֵשָׂו אֶת יַעֲקֹב עַל הַבְּרָכָה”, “And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing” (Genesis 27:41 ).
Notes:
The serpent’s deceit withheld blessings from Adam, but Jacob, as Adam’s aspect, reclaimed them pre-Tree of Knowledge sin. Esau’s hatred, like sharp arrows, arose from losing these blessings. This continues Jacob’s rectification of the serpent’s harm.
#144
“וְיִתֵּן לְךָ הָאֱלֹהִים מִטַּל הַשָּׁמַיִם וּמִשְׁמַנֵּי הָאָרֶץ”, “And God will give you from the dew of the heavens and from the fatness of the earth” (Genesis 27:28 ). This is from above and from below, which are Zeir Anpin and Nukva, in one connection. For the heavens are Zeir Anpin, and the earth is the Nukva. “וְרֹב דָּגָן וְתִירוֹשׁ”, “And abundance of grain and wine” (Genesis 27:28 ), they have already explained it. But it is like what is written: “וְלֹא רָאִיתִי צַדִּיק נֶעֱזָב וְזַרְעוֹ מְבַקֵּשׁ לֶחֶם”, “And I have not seen a righteous one forsaken, nor his seed seeking bread” (Psalms 37:25 ). Come and see: “נַעַר הָיִיתִי”, “I was young” (Psalms 37:25 ), they have explained it, that this verse was said by the prince of the world, and so on, which is the angel Metat-on (נַעַר). And about this, he said “וְרֹב דָּגָן וְתִירוֹשׁ”, “And abundance of grain and wine.” The meaning is: What is bread, mentioned there as the prince of the world? Its meaning is upper Mochin called bread. So too, וְרֹב דָּגָן וְתִירוֹשׁ mentioned here refers to the upper Mochin called grain and wine, that is, bread and wine.
Notes:
The blessing to Jacob includes dew from heaven (Zeir Anpin) and fatness from earth (Nukva), with grain and wine as upper Mochin (bread and wine), linked to Metatr-n’s assurance of the righteous’ sustenance (וְלֹא רָאִיתִי צַדִּיק).
