Description
The boys sit down in this episode to discuss how a Powerlifter should return to training after an extended period of time off from training. They also go over the ins and outs of the FREE Squats & Science Coaching training block for returning to the gym named "The Iron Resurgence".
This episode and program are very applicable to the current situation with COVID-19, but they also apply to any time you have to take several weeks off from training.
