They then begin the Championship recap by discussing how the Squats & Science athletes performed. They then move on to recapping some of the weight classes that were discussed in the preview episode and whether their predictions were right. They also discuss some of the most impressive performances of the Championship. Finally, they briefly discuss upcoming events for the Squats & Science team.
