Description

The week marks the 20th episode of the podcast and Ang is feeling incredibly proud of herself, and rightly so, as most podcasts don’t make it past episode 8. To celebrate this achievement Ang is looking back over the last 19 episodes and sharing some of her personal highlights. And to further celebrate, Ang has a big announcement she wants to share with you all.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • After 19 episodes, Ang has had some fabulous guests, feedback and reviews. She recaps her favourite moments from her previous shows for those who want to listen again and those who are new to the show.
  • For a while now Ang has been working on a divorce coaching programme. Now complete, she shares the outline of the ‘A to A Divorce Success Path’. A way to unlock your new beginning and transform your life after divorce.
  • One of the steps in Ang’s new programme is ‘Personal Advancement.’ When a marriage becomes stale we can find ourselves lost and no longer moving forward in our own life. But, as Ang explains, with the pain of divorce also comes an opportunity to begin your journey again.
  • It’s also normal for you to lose your authentic self when your mind is overrun by negative thoughts about your failing relationship. Luckily, this is another step in Ang’s 6 step programme. Here, she gives a brief overview of how to regain your authenticity.

BEST MOMENTS

“Not everyone will be in your book of life for the whole book, some people will come in for a chapter, some will be a main character.”

“When you’re going through a divorce you don’t feel like you’re in control. So how do you get that control back?”

“You might think that you're stuck. But this is not true, you have the strength to get out and the strength to live a beautiful life.”

ABOUT THE PODCAST

Do I Really Hate Men?

Interesting question and one I have asked myself many times. This is not an ‘I hate men’ podcast neither is it just an account of my divorce and the many awful events leading up to and during it. This podcast is a safe space to delve into what happens when relationships end, it provides guidance on how to carry on being a functioning adult and/or Single Mum when you feel broken inside.

This podcast provides hope sprinkled with humour, at times its emotional at times inspiring and at times sad. I have a message to share with women around the world, come join me and your global sisters for a weekly dose of Superhero Mum inspiration and stories.

My mission -to help women and mothers globally to recover from relationship pain,  lead meaningful happy lives and inspire their children to succeed.

NOTE – I need you to know that I don’t hate men! It’s important that you know there are many great men out there. Many fantastic fathers and single fathers trying hard to do a great job. I know little about the struggles of single fathers; however, I presume they are numerous common issues we share with these amazing men who strive to do the right thing by their children.
