Kindness is healthy for everyone! Acts of kindness reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Kindness improves heart health, increases feelings of happiness and wellbeing, and can even help you live longer! Host Elizabeth Heller shares a kindness story with kids and asks kids to journal about a time when someone was kind to them. Kids can also make a list of kindnesses they received or offered to others and they can look at the list anytime they want to increase feelings of happiness and wellbeing.
