Description

Just like a battery, it can take longer to recharge your energy the lower your energy becomes.  Listen now for super breathing, moving, and journaling tools that kids (and adults) can use every day to maintain healthy energy levels with mindful self-care.

Tips for Teachers, Parents, and Caregivers
1. Build in recharging time everyday
2. Choose a go-to strategy for when you notice the first signs of low energy (breathing, moving, and journaling are awesome choices!)
3. Check-in and recharge daily as a class or family!
4. Ask kids for input about what they can do to recharge; do those things together!
5 Give positive reinforcement when a child notices they need downtime to recharge and help them meet their need.
