Description

As a tool to practice gratitude, Host Elizabeth Heller leads kids in a simple, guided visualization that asks children to call to mind someone who  loves them. Through this fun mindfulness practice, kids can open up to the benefits of noticing just how much they are loved as a way to be grateful. This heart-warming meditation is a tool kids can use again, on their own, to reduce anxiety, increase self-esteem, and just feel supported.  Feel free to join your kids for a boost of wellbeing! www.kidssuperjournal.com.
