  • Why finding the right gym is important
  • Why hiring a coach is an investment
  • Why hiring the 'right' coach is priority
  • Tracking more than weight and reps
  • Remove Cart before the horse thinking
  • Why patience and consistency aren't just flashy phrases
  • The "overnight success"
