In this solo episode, I took the advice of a client and Instagram poll and dived into what I would tell myself when I was starting out.

It turned out to be a hell of a lot and decided to split it into two parts.

  • Avoiding training to failure
  • Why you should keep it simple
  • Why you're likely doing too much
  • Fasted cardio/Training
  • What the best exercises are
  • NEAT
  • Understanding nutrition methods and tools
  • The importance of energy balance
  • Why you need to practice food neutrality
  • Avoiding meal plans
  • Being sensible with supplements

As you can see, this is not even the nutrition side of things fully covered.
