Sl: Blejski jezero je ležalo tiho in mirno, obkroženo z zasneženimi gorami.
En: Blejski Lake lay silent and calm, surrounded by snow-covered mountains.

Sl: Zimski dan je bil kratek, a še vedno je bilo dovolj svetlobe, da je slišal jingle božične glasbe, ki je vetrič prinašal iz bližnje vasi.
En: The winter day was short, but there was still enough light to hear the jingle of Christmas music carried by the breeze from the nearby village.
