As someone who loves a good dance party, I never considered the power of dance to transform how we view our bodies. I love how Lisa explains how dance helped her learn to connect to her body like she never had before!


Lisa Ryding, a Swedish law graduate who ran a sports shop, went travelling and ended up starting a dance business in Colombia before starting to coach women on overcoming their fears and insecurities around their bodies to live life confidently right now. She believes that if we can accept ourselves more as we are, we will be more accepting towards other women, and this world will be a better place to grow up in. She loves travelling, chocolate, workouts, hugs, and wine and my biggest fears are the dark, and wasps. She believes that life is meant to be truly lived and enjoyed, whatever that means for YOU!
