I've been thinking a lot about leadership lately and how one can be a leader in their own lives in general. I think that we usually define leaders as someone who leads or commands a group, organization, or country. I do believe leadership shows up in different ways and it doesn't have to look like the conventional definition of leadership. So, I love this idea of redefining leadership on our terms as this week's podcast guest explained.
