Today, I was joined by Dustin Lebel. Dustin is an Online coach who alongside coaching me, works with individuals who want a broader approach to training. Dustin has learned and evolved his training over many years in the industry to where he is today, taking the best elements from many different areas to best provide for his clients.
We discuss:
- The principles that guide his coaching and training philosophies.
- We talk about hybrid or concurrent training
- Specifically what he views as the main elements of both strength and conditioning training methods.
- Finally, we use my own training as a case study example of how Dustin practically applies all that we discussed to his clients training.
