Logline: When Arlo punches his rival Ethan at a party and faces career ruin, his manager Billie tries to broker a deal to save him, but things get complicated when she ends up sleeping with Ethan.

Episode Summary:

Arlo angrily leaves a party after punching his acting rival Ethan for groping their mutual friend Denise. His career is now at risk if the story gets out before his important meeting with a film exec. His manager Billie tries to convince Ethan not to press charges.

When that fails, she agrees to meet Ethan alone for brunch to broker a deal. Arlo worries about Billie being alone with Ethan but ultimately trusts her.

The next day, Billie reveals she slept with Ethan. A shocked and angry Arlo accuses her of betrayal.

Billie tries explaining she learned she and Ethan have much in common and that he envies Arlo's success. But Arlo refuses to listen, sickened by her defense of his enemy. Their argument escalates until Arlo furiously orders Billie to leave.

She exits sadly, leaving Arlo overwhelmed with emotion over his manager and friend's perceived betrayal.
