In Episode 2, we were able to better understand why the unemployment rate is so low and the challenges of productivity in the work place and hiring issues.  One of the key issues we discussed is the shifting demographics of our workforce with the emergence of the Millennial Generation as the employee of tomorrow.  With this comes challenges.  This podcast will explore the issues in hiring and managing millennials, how their goals and expectations will change the way we manage our people, and the creative ways needed to attract new employees.
