I want to keep losing fat but I want to gain muscle. It seems like that is nearly impossible to do at the same time. I'm running 5 miles 5 times a week and am getting faster and stronger as a runner. I'm three workouts into the starting strength program. Should I stop doing the starting strength program and just keep trying to lose weight and then start trying to gain muscle?
