In this 1 hour audio yoga class we focus on expanding + contracting the entire body and drawing in + out with the breath. We also work into the outer hips and eventually, into galavasana or flying pigeon pose. This class is not for beginners; experienced practitioners only (Level 2-3 class). Recorded live.
