Early Milestones - getting faster at 5k - Stage 2 Week 8
Description
Week 8 (and final week) of Stage 2 of the Early Milestones programme - Getting Faster at 5k - for those that can run 5k but want to be able to run it faster or more comfortably. Can you believe you've got here already!
We have a quick pre-amble and then a proper warm-up before our final 30 minute time-trial. The chance to put everything we have learned into practice, from mindfulness, to understanding your why.....leave it all out there!
The 30 minute time-trial is designed to get the most out of yourself and to sign this programme off. If this doesn't suit your milestone, say for example you can do 5k much faster, or conversely can't do 5k in this time, I suggest you adjust when you start the recording as you may benefit from the encouragement of the final 10 minutes or so, irrespective of your target.

Timings;
- Warm-up starts at c 6 mins
- the time-trial starts at c 15 mins
