The session starts at the marshes, and heads to Springfield park and is 4 x 1 mins hard on the flat off 60s rest, and then 8 reps up the steep left hand path of the park, running to the first bin on the right at the top, walk back down, then a final 4 x 1 mins hard on the flat before a chance to stare at your shoes for a few minutes.
Recorded on 25.04.20 when the weather was glorious and the marshes was busy, so I got a little stressed in my warm up jog (probably about anxious about the session, but it was ok in the end!)
