Description
Project V is back after a one week hiatus with something a bit different. 30 minutes of hill reps of varied and random duration with a walk/jog recovery in between - we just keep going until the 30 minutes is up......all the details are in the intro....mwah ha ha ha ha...
Short pre-amble jog, straight into the session, get it done, get down the pub........
Also includes some chat about the impact of stress on our running - something we have all been feeling to one extent or another....
